To help us evaluate a copyright complaint, please include the following information:

• Identification of the copyrighted work that you believe has been infringed. If your complaint concerns multiple copyrighted works, you may provide a representative list.
• Identification of the material allegedly infringing your copyright, together with information reasonably sufficient for us to locate it, such as the specific webpage URL, image URL, post, or other relevant location on our Platforms.
• Your contact information, including your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.

• Your physical or electronic signature.

These elements are generally consistent with the information contemplated by the DMCA’s statutory notice provisions for qualifying takedown requests.

When we receive a copyright complaint, we may review the information provided and determine what action, if any, is appropriate. Depending on the circumstances, we may:

• Request additional information;
• Remove or disable access to material;
• Replace or modify material;
• Contact the person or entity responsible for the material;
• Investigate whether the material is authorized for use; or
• Take other reasonable action based on the circumstances.

Submitting a copyright complaint does not automatically guarantee that material will be removed. We may consider the completeness and reliability of the information provided, the nature of the material, available authorization or licensing information, and other relevant circumstances.

Because JoDi generally creates and publishes the content appearing on its Platforms, including deal-related content, product information, promotional content, and images, copyright concerns involving such material may be addressed directly with JoDi using the contact information provided in this policy.

If you believe that material created or published by JoDi incorporates your copyrighted work without authorization, please identify the specific material and explain the basis for your claim.

JoDi frequently links to third-party websites, retailers, merchants, affiliate networks, and other services. Some product information, images, descriptions, trademarks, prices, and other materials may originate from or relate to those third-party services.

JoDi does not control the copyright practices of third-party websites. If your complaint concerns material that is hosted exclusively by a third-party website or retailer, you may also need to contact the applicable website, retailer, merchant, or other rights holder directly.

A copyright complaint should be submitted only by the copyright owner or someone authorized to act on the copyright owner’s behalf. We may request additional information or documentation where reasonably necessary to evaluate a claim.

We also reserve the right to decline to act on complaints that are incomplete, unsupported, clearly unrelated to copyright, or otherwise insufficient to identify the claimed infringement.

Copyright complaints should be accurate and submitted in good faith. The DMCA provides potential consequences for knowingly materially misrepresenting that material or activity is infringing.

Nothing in this policy prevents JoDi from responding appropriately to fraudulent, abusive, or materially misleading copyright complaints.

Because JoDi does not currently operate an open platform that allows users to upload and publicly publish their own content, we do not maintain a general user-content counter-notification process under this policy.

If material is removed following a copyright complaint and the circumstances give rise to a legally applicable counter-notification process, JoDi may provide an appropriate procedure or instructions for responding to the complaint.

If JoDi permits user-generated content, third-party submissions, or other user-controlled content in the future, JoDi may adopt and reasonably implement procedures addressing repeat copyright infringement, including restricting or terminating access where appropriate and permitted by applicable law.

We may update this DMCA / Copyright Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our Platforms, business practices, applicable law, or copyright procedures. The updated version will be posted on our Platforms with a revised “Last Updated” date.
